TDE, Top Dawg Entertainment and Black Hippy. Kendrick Lamar’s west coast crew. They continue to wow me with every thing they make. I knew Kendrick could rap but I never got hooked on his sound. but with ScHool boy Q and Ab-soul both coming out with fantastic albums this is one of the most solid crews out there. Also dont sleep on jay rock he can spit too!
Im late on the craze about this album but it is one of the best things I have herd in awhile. El-P’s production hits new heights on this album, his futuristic trance and sample filled beats somehow give Killer Mike’s old school southern flow a brand new home. Killer mike isn’t afraid to get political, and sometimes I disagree with him but it doesn’t change the fact that he is a true artist. EL-P and Killer mike both deserve credit in putting together one for the best albums out.

New video from Willis Earl Beal- Disintegrating. There has been a lot of hype behind Beal, and he desirves it all. He has a fantastic smokey soul filled voice that transports the listener. He allso just seems like a interesting guy, and a real artist. Check it out you will be entertained.
New track From Georgia band Baroness. this is the first song to come off of the highly anticipated double album Yellow and Green. If you have listened to there old stuff definitely give this a listen its a new sound and I’m digging it.
